• Sustain Morale. Choir protocol: low register humming. Continuous. Unbroken.
• Track External Conditions. Window watch rotation. Log wind speed, accumulation, visibility.
• Prepare Egress. Identify weakest structural point. Pre-cut rope lengths. Stage rescue harnesses.
• Recount. Every hour. Announce result aloud.
• Document. Entry in the ledger. Time, condition, anomaly.
• Repeat. Until the all-clear sounds.
